A Dietitian’s New Year’s Resolutions Planning Episode 

It’s that time of year again! A new year means new beginnings and everyone starts planning out a new life for themselves for the new year by setting New Year’s resolutions. But only a fraction of us actually hit the goals we set on January 1st. 

This week, I want us all to start the year on the right foot and make some goals we can actually achieve in 2022. I know that making and sticking to new habits can be difficult, but it doesn’t have to be. With my 22 ways to hack your New Year’s resolutions, these new habits can be enjoyable and easy to merge into your everyday routine.
