Ingredients

  • 15.5 oz chickpeas, drained
  • 1.5 cups brown rice, cooked
  • 1 tbsp ground flaxseeds
  • 1 cup baby spinach
  • 1 tsp dried parsley
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • pinch of black pepper

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
  • Combine all ingredients in a food processor and process until coarsely combined.
  • Form into 4 patties and place on a baking sheet.
  • Bake for 20-25 minutes, until golden brown.
