Ingredients

  • 1 cup pineapple chunks (frozen)
  • 1 cup baby spinach
  • 1/3 cup canned coconut milk
  • 2/3 cup unsweetened coconut milk
  • 1 piece fresh ginger (~1 tbsp)
  • 2 scoops pumpkin seed protein powder
  • 1 scoop collagen powder
  • 1 tbsp hemp seeds

Instructions

  • Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Enjoy!
